Phil Rayfield has a Master of Science degree from London University, is a chartered naval architect and member of the Royal Corps of Naval Constructors. He has held a number of roles within MOD, including working at the British Embassy in Washington DC in the United States. In 2013, Phil moved to London where he currently manages international research strategy in the Defence Science and Technology Team.
