Chris Timperley

Chris Timperley is the capability leader for chemistry at the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (Dstl) at Porton Down. He has worked there for 20 years, specialising in defence against chemical warfare agents. He is a Dstl Fellow and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry. He has published more than 50 papers in the scientific literature and has recently authored a book on organophosphorus chemistry.
